The program is tailor-made to protect phlebotomists from the various risks they face while performing their duties.

What is Professional Liability Insurance or Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O)
Professional liability insurance (also referred to as E&O) protects you (and your business) against third-party allegations of errors, omissions, or negligence as a result of the work or service you provide. Even if the claim made against you or your company is groundless, the protection under E&O insurance will cover damages for; legal expenses, administrative costs, and court settlements.

What is Commercial General Liability (CGL)
Commercial General Liability insurance (CGL) is protection against bodily injury or property damage claims brought forward by a third party. This includes any products or services you provide anywhere you conduct business, like a client’s office, worksite, or home (territory restrictions may apply).
